Growth vs Scaling

by | Business, Leadership, Numerology, Success

You are not here to grow your business.

You are here to scale.

Here’s why:

Most women say they want to scale.

What they’re doing is growing and burning out in the process.

Which begs the question:

What is the difference between growing and scaling?

Growth is:

Your revenue is increasing along with

your time,

team, and

energy output.

You’re doing more to get more.

More clients = more hours

More offers = more complexity

More money = more moving parts

That is growth.

It has a ceiling.

Scaling is:

You’re increasing revenue and results

without increasing your

workload,

stress, or

cost in the same way.

You’re getting more from what you’ve already built

by expanding your capacity,

tightening your systems, and

choosing leverage over hustle.

More clients,

same (or fewer) hours

Cleaner delivery,

more impact

Increased income,

decreased complexity

That’s scaling.

That’s what we do in the League of Extraordinary Leaders.

Because ’ .

You need to

be more and

hold more.

You ready to become extraordinary?
