ARE YOU READY TO STOP ‘SHOULDING’ ON YOURSELF?

ARE YOU READY TO STOP ‘SHOULDING’ ON YOURSELF?

If not now … when?

Will you ever stop ‘shoulding’ on yourself?

“I should have …”

“I should be …”

“I should have finished …”

“I should have done more …”

“I should be more ahead with …”

“I should have sold …”

And on and on we go ‘shoulding’ ourselves in the foot.

We, as women business owners are great at it.

And the truth is, it’s not something that being great at is good for us or for our business.

It just sends us on a massive guilt trip. We feel bad about ourselves. We feel bad about all we’ve done because we tell ourselves it’s never enough when we ‘should’ on ourself.

Then we ‘beat’ ourselves up. We’re so hard on ourselves.

Fact is, we’d be way better off if we just stopped doing it.

Truth is, we’d never treat anyone else like that.

So why, why, why do we do it to ourself?

WHY???????

And that brings me back to my question to you: Are you ready to stop ‘shoulding’ on yourself?

And if you’re not ready to stop it now, when will you be?

How much longer will you carry on treating yourself this way.

‘Shoulding’ on yourself?

Treating yourself badly?

Being your worst boss ever?

When?????

How long will it take for you to stop?

Here’s the thing, the sooner you stop ‘shoulding’ on yourself the better off you’ll be in so many ways.

The sooner you stop ‘shoulding’ on yourself you’ll find everything so much easier in your life and your business that you can’t even begin to imagine from where you are presently.

Are you ready to stop?

Are you willing to stop?

Are you willing to try?

Are you willing to give it a go?

If not, why not?

The truth is it’s easier for you to stay where you are, in your comfort zone.

Do not be misled by that apparent ease!

Why not, you ask. Because stepping out of your comfort zone and no longer ‘shoulding’ on yourself will be
way better for you and for your business.

A little bit of effort and discomfort as you change how you behave will be hugely beneficial for you.

Go on, give it a go!

You’ve got absolutely nothing to lose by trying.
