There’s so much more to growing your business than just growing your business
Imagine, if you will, you are a garden.
Your business is the crop you’re growing.
If you want to grow a heavier crop you’re gonna have to do something differently, right.
If you’ve ever gardened, you know you’re going to have to add fertiliser, minerals, compost, and whatever else our soil may require. Whatever is required by the particular crop you’re wanting to grow.
Later, the plants will require some further nutrition so they can produce their maximum crop for you. You’ll also have to irrigate or water.
What happens is that you’re expanding the capacity of your garden so it can produce more of the crop you’ve chosen.
If you want your business to grow, you need to grow you.
You need to tend to your own needs.
You’ll have to stretch yourself.
Get to know yourself better.
Love yourself more.
Take great care of you.
Challenge yourself.
Do stuff you wouldn’t otherwise do.
Make changes.
Do stuff differently.
As you give focus and energy to consciously growing you you’ll become the person whose business grows.
By growing you, you increase your capacity to own a growing business.
