Scaling is:

You’re increasing revenue and results

workload,

stress, or

by expanding your capacity,

tightening your systems, and

choosing leverage over hustle.

 

More clients,

same (or fewer) hours

 

Cleaner delivery,

more impact

 

Increased income,

decreased complexity

 

That’s scaling.
