I’m not good enough …

by | Business

I’ve done this countless times …

Maybe you have too?

Have you ever told yourself you’re not good enough?

Have you ever felt as though you’re not good enough?

I have for sure, and so have most of my clients.

I’m not good enough, not pretty enough, not successful enough, not nice enough, not and the list goes on and on ad infinitum enough.  You can pop any word in there you choose.  And we often do.

It seems to be a girl-thing.  Particularly as women, we are highly skilled at believing we’re not good enough.

Truth is, we are more than good enough.

In the words of Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes, women are “over-qualified for absolutely everything”, which of course means we are more than good enough for anything we ever choose.

If feeling not good enough is one of your core beliefs and you want to change that, I can help you with that.  Message me to find out how.
