I’ve been there … I’ve done it.

I’ve been there … I’ve done it.

I’ve been oh so very tired of working all the time and not having a life! Running on empty!

Yep, I’ve been where you are. I know how it feels.

A few years ago, I was working my then biz from my home. I was working way too many hours. While the kids were at school. After school I was busily running kids round to all their after school activities – doing the ‘Mum’ thing.

Evenings were working with clients too. Saturdays were client days also.

Sundays was catch-up day, (although occasionally clients sneaked in there too!). Catch-up at home, the garden, housework. Spending time with my kids.

Don’t get me wrong here. I loved what I was doing. I loved my work with a passion. And, my clients loved it too. It was a mutual love-love thing going on.

I loved being a mum too. Loved all that I did for my kids. Loved all the time I spent with them.

Then I hit a brick wall and the bus got me all at the same time. I literally couldn’t do anything. I was no use to anyone. No use to my kids, my clients, or me. Anyone. Yes, I still did stuff for my home and my kids. But that was it. And boy was it a struggle.

I didn’t know where to find help. I didn’t know who could help me.

It was a very scary time for me. I felt so alone and out of control. I still had to support my family.

I desperately needed to find a way out of the deep hole I was stuck in.

I didn’t know what to do.

I feel sad all over again every time I hear of someone who is where I was. And that’s why I’ve dedicated myself to helping others avoid the trauma and heartache I went through digging my way out of the deep hole I’d become stuck in.

The great news for you is that because I’ve been where you are there is help available for you.

If you’d like to chat about it, please go here to find a time that suits you for us to talk.
