"Think in the morning. Act in the noon ...

“Think in the morning. Act in the noon. Eat in the evening. Sleep in the night.” Says William Blake.

Now, you may agree with him. Or you may not. You get to choose.

You may agree with part of what he says and not the rest. You may agree with all of it. Or you may disagree with it all.

It’s up to you.

What else is up to you is how you spend your day.

Because the truth is, each and every one of us has times of the day that are better than others for us to perform certain activities.

If you’re a morning person, you’ll more than likely want to think in the morning.

If you’re a night owl, you may think more effectively later in the day.

Either way, you’ll definitely want to think before you act, as William Blake recommends.

What that means is that you’ll either prefer to plan your day in the morning or the prior evening depending on you. Depending on when you think best.

Here’s the thing, our lives and our business are a series of choices and decisions we make along the way.

We literally create our life and our business by the choices and decisions we make.

That said, there’s huge value and benefits in thinking, choosing and deciding wisely. Because your thoughts, your choices and your decisions impact directly the results you get.

What recurring thoughts would you benefit from changing? (hint: change your negative thoughts into positive ones)

What choices are you putting off making?

What decisions are you delaying?

Hold the phone, I have a solution for you:

Are you stuck in negative thoughts and want help shifting them?

Do you want help clarifying what to choose and decide?
