Yep! You really are!

There’s no separating you.

The two of you are joined at the hip. Co-dependent. Inseparable.

Truth is that’s true for every solo business owner, every entrepreneur and most small business owners.

Why is it true?

Because your business is a reflection of you.

Your business is a part of you.

Your values.
Your ethics.
Your beliefs.
Your vision.
Your goals.
Your purpose.
Your passion.

You exist as one.

You either thrive together, or you don’t.

Without you there is no business, right?

Why is this important?

It’s hugely important because your business will only grow as much as you do.

I’m gonna repeat that cos it’s so very important.

Your business will only grow as much as you do.

Let me put it another way.

If you’re not growing and stretching yourself as a person your business will not grow either.

What that means for you and your business is that your personal growth is paramount to your business success.

They’re intrinsically intertwined.
Knitted together.

Like two trees that have been planted too close together and their trunks develop into one. Their branches reach for the sun together, growing together.

When you’re committed to your personal growth and development as well as your business you’ll enjoy far greater results and success than when you just focus on your business.

It really and truly is ALL ABOUT YOU!!!
