You have the power to choose and decide.
When you don’t choose you can’t get.
You have the power to choose, to decide and to ask for what you want.
When you don’t decide you can’t get.
When you don’t ask you can’t get.
When you don’t claim your power to choose and decide, it costs you.
There’s a cost to you of giving away your power to choose and decide.
When you choose not to step into your power to choose and decide, what does that cost you?
It can cost you money, sometimes a lot of it. Personally, giving away my power to a manipulative, controlling and abusive man cost me several hundred thousand dollars.
It can cost you confidence. During the time that I gave my power away to that same man, my confidence was stripped from me.
It can cost you relationships with family.
It can cost you friends.
It can cost you in too many ways to list here.
Every choice and decision you make affects your life.
Decisions you choose not to make affect your life also.
Truth is, there’s always a cost to you when you give away your power to choose and decide; your cost of indecision.
When you give away that power, you’re allowing others to control you. Effectively you’re living someone else’s life rather than your own. You’re following their dream and vision not yours. You’re not fulfilling your purpose, and the cost of not fulfilling your purpose is that you’ll never be satisfied.
Your journey through life is a series of decisions.
Each decision you make leads to a result. Then you make another decision. Usually each decision is based on how we feel about the results our last decision achieved.
After each decision you take action. Without action, there’s no attraction, no movement, no results.
First, before anything else, comes a choice.
Then a decision to make the choice.
Then action to implement the decision.
“Choose and decide, there is no other way”
You choose your life. You choose. It’s your decision.
As with everything in life, awareness is key.
When you notice and are aware that you’re making a choice, or that you have a choice to make, then and only then can you choose consciously and courageously.
Whatever you choose, or don’t choose, impacts you.
You have the power to choose and decide; when you step into that you reduce your cost of indecision.
