Seeds germinate in a dark place, buried beneath the soil.  As they germinate and push a new growth shoot up to the light they create an earthquake, proportionately speaking to their size. 

Creation happens in secret, in the dark, obscured from vision. 

New growth creates an earthquake, a storm, a notable change in the equilibrium of the growth context. 

Grapes are changed forever as they are crushed to create wine. 

As grapes they will wither, fade and decay; as wine their life and usefulness is prolonged. 

Change sometimes seems crushing to us as it destroys and uncreates that which we know.  After that comes new possibilities. 

Diamonds form under pressure at extreme heat. 

You, my friend, will need to withstand pressure and extreme heat to become the diamond you are destined to be. 

Not much that’s worthwhile in life comes easily.  It requires us spending time in darkness, feeling crushed, as well as withstanding extreme pressure and heat for us to transform into our diamond self. 

Truth is, all of the above is easier when you have your coach at your side.  She’ll have your back.  She’ll serve and support you.  She’ll hold you accountable so that you look for the lessons and growth within the challenges.
